Delivery & Returns Policy

UK Delivery:

Fabric on the Roll: 

  • Mainland UK dispatch is by UPS Delivery at £13.99

  • Estimated delivery time: 2 - 4 Business Days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Folded Fabric:

  • We also offer Royal Mail at £4.95. 

  • Estimated delivery time: 2 - 3 Business Days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Please note that fabrics are sent folded on this option.

Sample Orders:

  • Sample orders delivery is free up to a max of 5 samples. 

  • Estimated delivery time: 2 - 4 Business Days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Pickup in Store for Fabric Remnants Only:

  • Is Free

  • Ready in 2 - 3 Business Days

  • Please wait for notification before picking up your order. 
    Your order confirmation and ID will be needed for pickup.
    Store opening hours: Monday - Friday 10:00- 16:30

 

Orders received after 1pm may not be dispatched until the following working day.

However, at busy times please allow 7-10 working days for your order to arrive. (A longer delivery period may be quoted for bespoke products or items not in stock).

Returns Policy:

  • Each customer order is a custom-produced order (i.e. cut from the roll). For this reason, we cannot accept returns because the customer does not like the product or has changed their mind.

  • Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery, restocking fee applies.

  • Customers are strongly urged to request samples before ordering, a charge of £0.99 per sample max of 5 samples. This is refunded if you go on to buy the fabric. Should customers order without first requesting a sample then they do so at their own risk.

  •  In accordance with Distance Selling Regulation 17, customers can return certain items purchased from us at their own cost, providing they do so within 14 working days of receiving them.

  • Returned items must be in the original packaging, on the roll, unused & undamaged.

  • If you want to return an item back to us, we suggest you return the item either by courier or registered post to ensure item safety in transit, and proof of postage should an item get lost.

  • We are not liable in any way for goods that are lost or damaged in transit to us, so please ensure you package items you want to return carefully. All items that are returned to us will be inspected to ensure they are unused and undamaged. Providing they are, we will arrange a refund for item(s) returned, less any delivery and transaction charges incurred. Restocking fee is up to 30%.
