Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have booked a course with us, it means that we have reserved a place in our schedule exclusively for you. Our cancellation policy for upholstery courses is as follows: Full Refund: If you cancel more than 14 days before the course date, you will receive a full refund. 50% Refund: If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the course date, you will receive a 50% refund. No Refund: If you cancel less than 7 days before the course date, we are unable to offer a refund. Course Cancellation by Provider: If we need to cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date. To avoid a cancellation fee or loss of refund, please provide cancellation notice according to the timeframes mentioned above.
