The re-upholstery process at The Upholstery Rooms is straightforward: Once you accept the written estimate and pay the deposit, we schedule the work, which typically takes 12-14 weeks. During this period, we can send fabric samples for you to choose from, or you can book an appointment to view the pattern books in our office/showroom. When we're ready to start, we'll invite you to book a convenient collection day and time. Your item will be in our workshop for about 10 working days, depending on your requirements. Delivery will be arranged once the work is completed, and the final payment is due on the delivery day.

Absolutely! You can schedule an appointment to view the pattern books at The Upholstery Rooms workshop. Simply book online or email us at info@upholsteryrooms.co.uk to arrange a convenient time.

Order up to five fabric samples to help you choose with confidence. Samples and postage are chargeable, with the total cost shown at checkout before payment. Samples may be sent directly by our suppliers or forwarded by us once received. We aim for delivery within 2–4 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. If you order samples from different suppliers, they may arrive separately over 3–6 working days. All samples are sent by Royal Mail First Class without tracking. If they haven’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us. On your first notification of non-delivery, we’ll arrange replacement samples at no additional cost.
