Here's how the re-upholstery process works: Once you accept the written estimate and pay the deposit, we schedule the work, which takes approximately 12-14 weeks. During this time, we can send fabric samples for you to choose from, or you can book an appointment to view the pattern books in our office/showroom. When we're ready to start, we'll invite you to book a convenient collection day and time. The item will be in our workshop for about 10 working days, depending on your requirements. Delivery will be arranged once the work is completed, and the final payment is due on the delivery day.
