What You Will Learn:
Depending on your skill level and interests, you can expect to learn: Basic upholstery techniques. Fabric selection and cutting. Tool usage and safety. Cushion making. Reupholstering a small piece of furniture.
We will tailor the curriculum to match your goals and experience level, ensuring that you get the most out of your time with us.
Bespoke Training for Businesses:
We also provide bespoke training for a variety of businesses wishing to train and up-skill their staff. These tailored sessions are designed to meet your specific requirements. You tell us what you would like to learn and achieve, and we then develop a programme with you that meets your needs.
One to One Tuition Fee: £80.00 per hour
Bespoke Training Fee: Calculated on an individual basis

Course Materials Provided:
Upholstery tools (staple guns, scissors, hammers, etc.)
Basic materials (staples, glue, etc.)
What to Bring:
Fabric for your project (contact us for recommended types and quantities).
Any specific tools or materials you prefer to use.
Lunch:
Bring your own lunch.
Facilities: There’s a microwave, sink, and kettle in the kitchen area.
Option: The village shop is a three-minute drive away for those who need to buy lunch.
Tip: Many students prefer a short lunch break to continue working on their projects.
Course Schedule:
Morning / Session 1:
10:00 AM - Arrival: You will be greeted by Dale and can settle in with tea and coffee available.
10:15 AM - Planning Session: Together, we will make a plan for the day and discuss what you would like to achieve.
10:30 AM - Morning Session: We will learn at your pace, with the tuition adjusted to meet your needs.
Lunch Break:
12:30 PM - 1:00 PM: Tea, coffee, water will be available, but bring your own lunch.
Afternoon / Session 2:
1:00 PM - Afternoon Session: We will resume our work, focusing on your specific learning goals.
3:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Review, Q&A, and Finishing Touches

Cancellation Policy:

50% Refund: If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the course date, you will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: If you cancel less than 7 days before the course date, we are unable to offer a refund.
