Fabric selection and cutting. Tool usage and safety. Cushion making. Reupholstering a small piece of furniture. We will tailor the curriculum to match your goals and experience level, ensuring that you get the most out of your time with us. Bespoke Training for Businesses: We also provide bespoke training for a variety of businesses wishing to train and up-skill their staff. Delivery & Returns Policy UK Delivery: Fabric on the Roll: Mainland UK dispatch is by UPS Delivery at £13.99 . Estimated delivery time: 2 - 4 Business Days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We do not hold stock, once the stock is confirmed by the warehouse, we can fulfill your order. Folded Fabric: We also offer Royal Mail at £4.95. Estimated delivery time: 2 - 3 Business Days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note that fabrics are sent folded on this option. Sample Orders: Sample orders delivery is free up to a max of 5 samples. Estimated delivery time: 2 - 4 Business Days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Due to the extensive range of products we offer, we are unable to keep stock of most fabrics. Therefore, we typically request that suppliers send samples directly to you when possible. Alternatively, we wait to receive the samples from our suppliers before forwarding them to you. Our goal is to deliver samples within 2 - 4 working days within the UK. If you order samples from multiple suppliers, please note that these will arrive in separate parcels, usually over a period of 3-6 working days. Store opening hours: Monday - Friday 10:00- 16:30 Orders received after 1pm may not be dispatched until the following working day. However, at busy times please allow 7-10 working days for your order to arrive. (A longer delivery period may be quoted for bespoke products or items not in stock). Returns Policy: Each customer order is a custom-produced order (i.e. cut from the roll). For this reason, we cannot accept returns because the customer does not like the product or has changed their mind. Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery, restocking fee applies. Customers are strongly urged to request samples before ordering, a charge of £0.99 per sample max of 5 samples. This is refunded if you go on to buy the fabric. Should customers order without first requesting a sample then they do so at their own risk. In accordance with Distance Selling Regulation 17 , customers can return certain items purchased from us at their own cost, providing they do so within 14 working days of receiving them. Returned items must be in the original packaging, on the roll, unused & undamaged. If you want to return an item back to us, we suggest you return the item either by courier or registered post to ensure item safety in transit, and proof of postage should an item get lost.
